Toronto Digital Screen Printing (Flat bed printing)
Our VUTEk® QS3200 is a VOC-free UV-curing printer with high production and High-Definition Print (HDP) capabilities. It uses six-color imaging channels and a special seventh channel with white ink. The HDP produces images with resolutions of up-to 1080-dpi for stunning photographic color reproduction on roll-to-roll and rigid substrates. We can print up to 3.2 meters, 900 sq ft/hour and up to 2 inches in thickness. Millions of colours are achievable, creating stunning reproduction photographic color. Plus with a state of the art RIP we can achieve innovative screenprint emulation mode and remove the banding that is a problem evident on other flat bed presses.
